History: Bart's grandpa was Flash II. In a truly wacky set of headache inducing backstory-type events, Bart was born a long way into the future after his dad croaked (no one really seems to have missed him). Since Bart's OTHER grandfather wanted to turn Bart into his own adorable mopheaded assassin, Bart's mom flung him back into the past.

Unfortunately, there were complications. More than the pre-existing ones.

Bart was aging superfast. His grandfather had kept him in a virtual environment that managed to barely keep up with Bart's mind, but now he was out of it and aging just as quickly as before. He looked thirteen, but he was only three.

So they had Wally vibrate him.

Then they gave him to a time traveler from the past named Max Mercury who took him to raise in Alabama.

Personality: Bart is made of ADHD. He's sweet and rather clueless, due to having had very little life experience. But sometimes he can be more than a little bit childish...

Known Associates (just so you know what he's talking about when the cosmic force that seems to control him slips up and gets obscure):

• Carol and Preston, plain old humans who are his best friends. Carol was his first kiss.

• Dox. Bart's little dog he named after his best friend in the virtual reality world he grew up in.


• Evil Eye, the son and grandson of two supervillains, one of which is Max's closest friend.


• Young Justice, the team Bart helped form.




• Arrowette (his sometimes crush)

Appearance: Bart is a skinny fourteen year old boy with giant feet, uncontrollable hair and large yellow eyes. He usually wears a spandex costume that's light yellow and red, with the red as a lightning bolt. It also has goggles. He has no scars.
